Assessing Risk Indicators of Child Sexual Abuse

"Child sexual abuse online knows no borders, both in the open web and the darkweb. We are fighting it both with our EU laws and our EU funds. In the open web, our EU legislative proposal to prevent and combat child sexual abuse ensures a long term framework to fight this crime. On the darkweb, the Commission funds the development of technological expertise such as project ARICA. There should be no place to hide online where offenders exchange child sexual abuse material."
